This
recipe is not from a railroad but from one of the ladies from
the church. She gave it to me after a meeting we had, and food
was served. The Zucchini Bread was delicious. Thank you Mary

Preheat: oven to
350F
1 cup
oil 3 cups flour
3
eggs 1 tsp. baking
powder
2 cups
sugar 1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
2 cups grated
zucchini 1 cup chopped nuts
1 cup drained
crushed pineapple
½ cup raisins
Grease and flour
loaf pans,
Bake 350F for 1
hour; test after 45 minutes for doneness.
